By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Program Enrollment: Enrollment in the trading and training programs is contingent upon the completion of the registration process, including the submission of necessary documentation and payment of applicable fees. Participants must adhere to the stipulated prerequisites for each course as outlined in the course catalog.

Fee Structure: The institute reserves the right to modify the fee structure for its courses. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the registration process.

Refund Policy: A full refund of the program fees will be issued if a cancellation request is received within four (4) days of enrollment. This request must be submitted in writing via email or through the institute’s official communication channels. After this four-day period, all fees are non-refundable, regardless of the participant’s circumstances.

Conduct and Participation: Participants are expected to maintain a professional demeanor during all training sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Liability Disclaimer: The institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs. Participants acknowledge that trading involves risk and that the institute does not guarantee specific outcomes or profits.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided during the training sessions are the intellectual property of the institute and are not to be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
